SHIPPING ORDERS

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

• All orders are shipped via USPS.

• We ship cookies Monday-Thursday

• USPS does not deliver to PO boxes

• We do not ship internationally

 

PLACING YOUR ORDER

We make every effort to package and ship orders as quickly as possible. The length of time it takes for us to ship your order can vary depending upon when the order is placed.

We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before your desired date to allow for any unforeseen delays. Cookies can be frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

We will send a confirmation with tracking information to the email address you provided with your order once the order has processed for shipment, generally the same day as shipment.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder and add info@gooeyontheinside.com to your safe senders list.

Where can I find the nutritional facts for your products?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have calorie information or a nutritional breakdown available for our products, we’re happy to send along an ingredients list to help out if you have dietary concerns.

What is the cookie shelf life?

Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For optimum freshness and flavor we recommend freezing any cookies that will not be eaten immediately. When ready to eat simply warm your cookies in a 350º oven for 4-5 minutes or until heated through.

 

Do you have any gluten-free baked goods?
